I bet this happens to you too

I don't watch any of the Hoarders shows because I get this feeling of having to get rid of everything!
...I have to admit though, my house was kinda messy-super messy- a few days ago and the show came up and I felt SO ashamed, I started cleaning everything, I spent a good 6 hours cleaning the whole house. Does this happens to you after watching those TV shows?
